Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen Review and Photos

The weather is getting hot. Although we need to protect our skin from harmful rays of sun throughout the year. But in summer it is much more important to keep our skin safe from UV rays. Even when it is cloudy, and you are going out then too you have to take care of your skin from sun.

The best thing is to use a sun screen specially on your face, hands and neck area whenever you are going out. My skin is so sensitive in this regard that if I spend just half an hour in direct sun than one can feel that my skin gets tanned.

Neutrogena sunscreen

Today I am going to review sunscreen by Neutrogena. Its a light weight, broad spectrum sunscreen with helioplex.
Helioplex is an element which is when added to sunscreens, it improves the effectiveness of them.
You have to apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure. Its fast absorbing and water resistant up to 80 minutes. It means you have to reapply it after sweating or swimming for 80 minutes.

Now coming to my experience, I'll start with packaging.
It comes in a nice plastic squeezable tube with secure cap that makes it travel friendly. The formula is thick creamy and a very light smell that disappears within few minutes.

Once you apply it, feels very light on the skin. In start dont take too much out of the tube because little is enough.
Doesn't feel or look heavy or oily. It gives a very nice matte finish to the skin. After applying this I feel my skin very satin and smooth but matte, no shine at all. ( For reference, my skin is dry in winters and summers. Only get little bit oily at nose in summers.)

Also it doesn't cast a white film on my skin. Gives a neat look.
I am using this sun screen for the last one year. Still using it and also keep a backup of it.
I think right now I am not looking for any other sunscreen because I am satisfied with it.
The price of this sunscreen is PKR 1200 and available at all drugstores.

Art deco Eye Shadow in 36 Review, Photos and Swatches

Hello girls,

Today I am going to review a very cute little eye shadow by art deco.

Art deco is a German brand and easily available at drugstores and supermarkets.

The shade I am showing you today is #36. There is no name of the shade only no. is mentioned. The container is of plastic and is very cute little one. The cover is of transparent plastic and slides over the shadow container.

You can see that it slides over the pan easily. Although the size of the pan is small but little product is enough to build the color.

The shade #36 is a dull gold color. Pigmentation is good. Staying power is also fine , it can lost longer with primer underneath.

You know girls this shade is multi tasker. I apply it all over my eye lid alone very lightly to give my eyes a brighter look.
Also when working with other shades , aplly it under your brow bones and on the inner corner of eyes to give s pop of color. I also use it on my eye makeup to add a shimmer to it.

So I am very happy with this cute little  pack. The base of the container is magnetic.

Basically it is to be placed in an empty magnetic eye shadow palette that you can customize with your favorite colors.
I don't have more colors in this brand but I am going to buy more shades in it. Because if you are traveling and you have space limitations then you can easily put these small containers in your pouch. No need to take the whole palettes along.

Overall I am quite satisfied with art deco eye-shadow in 36.
Its a good option if you can customize your palette or even can get shades individually that you like most.

Masarrat Misbah Makeup Brand Launch

Assalam o Alaikum girls,

My today's post is very very special. A few days back I got an invitation from Masarrat Misbah Makeup to attend an event to meet and greet with Masarrat Misbah and also for an exclusive overview of her makeup line.

This event was organized for selected media persons and bloggers.
I was so happy and excited , I was feeling like flying in the air. But my all joy vanished when I read the whole invitation.  The event was to be held in Lahore.  Travelling from Isloo to Lahore on such a short notice was very difficult for me. Also the event was held on weekdays making it more difficult to go. I could plan to attend the event if it was on weekend.

So....... I could not attend the event. I so much wanted to attend it. But anyways girls that's my hard luck.

I was so eager to meet Masarrat Misbah. Every one knows that she is one of the pioneers of beauty industry in Pakistan .

A lot of people have said a lot in praising her. She is really worth that praise. Besides everything else she is a beautiful human being, a very sweet person. I haven't met her but had a chance to talk to her a few years back ( I was not a blogger then).

Although I couldn't attend the event but I feel very honored to be invited. I hope that they could arrange such an event here in Islamabad as well.

My all best wishes are with Masarrat Misbah and her team for launching a Halal cosmetic brand in Pakistan keeping in view the Asian skin tone.
This really is a proud moment for all Pakistani women.

Bell Precision Stay On Eye Liner Pencils Review, Photos,Swatches

Hi sweeties,

Its getting hot day by day here. Everyone tries to avoid heavy makeup specially in hot and humid weather. We cannot totally avoid going out. The best thing is to use those colors in your make up that give a cool and fresh effect to your face.

Today I am going to review two of my favorite eye pencils that I mostly use in summers.

These two pencils are Precision stay on eye liner pencils by Bell. This brand must be new to many of you girls. Its a Polish brand and available at drugstores st reasonable price.
I have 03 Sky blue shimmer and 04 Aquamarine shimmer.

I have already used a lipstick by Bell in beautiful coral pink shade and emptied it. Now let's see how's the performance of these eye liners.

These Precision eyeliners come in a twist up pencil with a secure cap. The packaging of these pencils is silver and looks beautiful. At the bottom the shade no. is written, also the lower end of the liner is of the shade color making it easy to pick up the color you want. The cap closes with a click sound. You can see these liners look like if purchased yesterday although I bought them last year. They were put in my makeup pouch and you can see no scratches at all. So I give full marks to packaging.

As you can see in the pictures the liners are very pigmented. You can build intense color in 2-3 swipes.
The texture is very creamy and glides on smoothly. No pulling or tugging. They stay put for a long time on my eyes. Around 6-7 hours. There is a little bit of shimmer in them which is not noticeable on application.

I apply these liners on my lower lash line to give a pop of color to my eyes. And these colors really add brightness to my face. I also use them as a second liner on upper lash line which also gives a beautiful fresh look.

Overall I must say that I really like them and definitely will be adding some more colors from this line in my collection.
