Recent Inglot and Kryolan Products Haul

My today's post is about my recent haul. So I am trying to make it short. Without further ado, here is what I have to say.

Since inglot was launched at Centaurus mall Islamabad, I wanted to try some of its products.
During my last visit to Centaurus mall, a few days back, I purchased these products from their outlet.

1. Inglot eye liner gel #77 PKR 1300
2. Inglot Lip paint #67 PKR 1300
3. Inglot Lip brush PKR 1300

I was also looking for an orange corrector. So I bought Kryolan TV paint stick in orange from Makeup City in Centaurus Mall. It's price is PKR 1370.

I have started testing these products and will be sharing my reviews very soon InshaAllah.

Dry Skin Body Milk Creme 21 Review , Photos

Today i am talking about a moisturising body milk by creme 21.
Most of you must be familiar with this brand. I also have tried it's moisturizing cream in the past but this is the first time I am trying their body milk.
So without further ado let's talk about the product.

It comes in an orange plastic bottle with white cap. The bottle is sturdy and easily be put in your travel bag/purse. All ingredients are mentioned at the back and expiry date is written at the bottom of the bottle.
It claims to have almomd oil and vitamin E, which is soothing for dry skin and also prevent premature aging.

As it says that its a body milk so the moisturizing milk inside has medium thick and a little runny consistency and the color is obviously white. It has a very light fragrance which is not bothersome and even very less noticeable, and disappears in a couple of minutes.
Once applied it feels like something watery on the skin. It takes a few minutes to get absorbed into the skin. Once the skin is dry it doesn't feel or look greasy at all. No shine and a complete matt look. My skin feels very soft and supple after applying it. And it keeps my skin very well hydrated. I am always looking for those moisturizers that give intense hydration to the skin. So from that perspective too I like it very much.

I bought it from Shaheen chemist for PKR 375.
Overall I am totally satisfied with the product from its price to the performance. If you are looking for an intense moisturizing body milk for dry skin than you definitely can try this. It's a must have for daily skin care regime and girls having normal skin can also use it.

MAC Russian Red Lipstick Photos, Review, Swatches

Hope you all are well.
The weather has changed alot. And I can feel the freshness of spring in the air. Every one loves this colorful season. Enjoy this beautiful weather before those scorching months of summer.

Today I am going to talk about one of my most favorite lipstick and that is Russian Red by MAC. I also mentioned it in my favorites post a few weeks back.
All of you must have read lot of reviews about it. Now its my turn to talk about this baby.

You know red is such a classy such an elegant color to wear on the lips. Sometimes ago I was reluctant to wear red on my lips.
The first red shade in lippies that caught my interest while looking for swatches on the net was this Russian Red. It is such a gorgeous shade that in no time I decided to get it.

First of all comes the packaging. Same classic black bullet with silver lining. The packaging itself gives a feel that you have a high end brand in your hands. Looks simple yet classy.Can easily be slipped into the bag because the cap closes tightly.

MAC Russian Red is a perfect red color in my opinion. It is neither orangy nor brownish shade, just a perfect red color with blue undertone. I am in love with this shade since I have it.

The texture is very creamy but gives a matte finish. My lips are very dry but I never found this lipstick drying on my lips. It keeps them well moisturised. I like such creamy texture in lippies that don't feel heavy on the lips. Also it makes my teeth look whiter.
The lipstick is super pigmented. Just  one swipe gives you a full color payoff.
Staying power is too good. Doesn't transfer much while drinking or eating. And when fades away it leaves behind a nice red tint.

I would definitely repurchase it and would recommend to anyone who loves to rock red lippies.
It is available at many online pages and some good drugstores. But before ordering anything from online pages make it sure that they sell genuine products. I bought it from Dwatson at the price of PKR 2250.

Guest Post: Batiste Dry Shampoo In Blush

Now we all have been there where we have greasy hair and are too lazy to jump into the shower. Enters the knight in shiny armour " dry shampoo " to save you from embarrassment  at college or at work from that sticky, oily and flat look.

I have been quite skeptical about much raved power of batiste dry shampoo as my hair become oily in just one day after wash and then lie flat on my head ; bummer.

What it claims to do:
It instantly makes your hair clean,fresh,full of body and texture.

My thoughts:
After following the instructions on the bottle, I shook it and sprayed the product on my hair.
The first thing I noticed was the floral and feminine scent and the second thing was white powder/cast on my hair. I brushed them and that white cast immediately disappeared. Although my hair did not feel squeeky clean as they do after washing with shampoo, but they looked clean and non greasy. Also the volume that dry shampoo gave to my hair was amazing.

The refreshing scent lasts for a few hours. I wouldn't recommend to use it regularly as I don't trust those leave in chemicals on my scalp for a long time but this is a life saver when you have very important event coming up or you need some extra volume for your hair.

My Favorite Products Of The Year 2015

Hope you all are having a great time. Today I am talking about my favorite products that I used last year regarding makeup and skin/hair care items. Although I am a little late posting this, because it took some time while compiling all favorite products.
So without further ado let's talk about them.

I will start with skin care.
First of all comes moisturizers.

*1. Jergens moisturizers:
I really love this brand in terms of their range of moisturizers. They have something for all skin types and for changing seasonal requirements too. Jergens Ultra healing and Shea butter are my all time favorite.

*2. Neutrogena Ultra sheer dry touch sun screen:
I am very much satisfied with its use. It gives a matte finish and feels very light like there is nothing on the skin. I have done a detailed review on it.

*3 Timotei shimmer shine shampoo:
My favorite shampoo since last four years. Although I tried another brand too but after regretting that purchase I returned back to this.
I really like the way it makes my hair soft and shiny.

*4. Avon super shock gel eye liner:
I love jet black long lasting eye liners and it is all about it.

*5. Bourjois 123 perfect foundation:
I have recently done a detailed review on it. I like its finish that is very soft and light, its coverage, longevity and its color correcting pigments. It's all in one.

*6. The balm blush cabana boy:
What a beautiful shade I must say. It was my most reached blush last year.

*7. MAC lipstick Chatterbox:
Again it was my most reached at lipstick.
It is a beautiful pink shade that instantly freshens up my face. Love it.

*8. The balm highlighter Mary loumanizer:
O boy it us such a beauty. I don't have words to explain my love for this. It has become my staple since I got it.  If i start ranking my favorite products then it will get top most position among these. A detailed review of this beauty will be up very soon InshaAllah.

*9. Rimmel glam eyes day to night mascara:
I have used this mascara mostly whenever I needed to. It has two separate wands for lengthening and volumizing. Although the one that adds volume does clump my lashes and I don't like it much but the one for lengthening is my favorite. It makes my lashes prominent naturally without feeling heavy or making them clumpy. It's detailed review will also be up soon.
